2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Carrier: United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (continental U.S.)

  • We ship to U.S. addresses and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipping.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for fees applied during or after shipping.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
